Timing is different for everyone but my friend Vic gave you some great advice. Their are things you can do to ease the discomfort. Keeping your mind busy and off of the pills is excruciating but extremely important. Find anything that keeps you busy. Your mind can be your worst enemy in the beginning. For the physical I fell in love with my heating pad. Heat seems to help so much. Best of luck to you my friend. You can totally do this. Stick close to this site where their are many people who have been there who can encourage and support you through this. Hang in and hold on. One minute, one day, one choice /decision at a time!
You can Take Magnz & Calcium. They help to relax you..Get some Epsom salt too and take some baths. It has Magnz in it. Way back when, I got this powered called "Calm" and it helped too. Stay away from caffeine and sugars right now..Sometimes it just takes time to balance back..Keep it up and do not give in..You will get better trust me..I came off of 3 drugs that pulled my nervous system up and down and all around and my Anxiety was on the Moon. Never had it that bad with the other opiates..Best of Luck..Time is the Greatest healer..
