no more vicodin pills

can i use alot of water and a light benzo to mk the experience not so frightening?   i've been athletic my whole life.  i have 14 xanax and want to know if this will help me tomorrow in that i wont feel that panic attack feeling

yes, I'm athletic too and the water really helped. I was uncomfortable at first because my body was literaly flushing (sorry) but it helps the discomfort end quicker and you won't be dehydrated. The xanax will help, just use as little as possible. Like Skidmore sad, be careful. You can totally do this, and everybody is here for you. Your not alone, so you have people here to talk to when you start to panic. Reaching out when your feeling something really helps.

LOts  of water helps.Hang tough .Its a little overwelming at first but it gets better.Life without vicoden and percocets is beter than ever.My advice to you would be If you must use the xanax do so however be carefull My prayers are with you
