thanks  ,   ive  gave in a 1000 times but this time is the longest i ever got and hope to stay off . i m  just staying away from my buddys you know ,  now ifeel alot better , i can sleep with out geting up every 5 mins and the rls symdrome  , thats the killer !!!!!!!!           i still feel a little down , and my left waist side hurts but im over the worst and thats the biggie . u know , i wish u the best !!  i know if i can do it anybody can , and that means you  !         thanks again

Congratulations on being clean for 2 weeks!!  We all understand how hard it is.  Don't worry about your spelling and/or grammar, most of us can understand what your saying.  The point of this forum is to have a support group while going through this hell.  Keep up the good work, I wish I was as strong as you... I gave in and took a pill the other day... I am having a rough time mentally!!

thanks , im not very  fast on puter but learning .  i been on norkos 10 325 for 8 yrs and just wet through some hell to come off these things
