try the melatonin...also at wallmart....take the melatonin...at night abt 1/2 hour before going to sleep...take 3 mg if not go up to 5mg...its all natural
Ya...the valerian root is supposed to help you relax I've been taking it at night---verdict is still out for me if it's helping---I think it is.

dont keep taking the tylenol pm... especially if you drink...liver probs.... try melatonin...a natural drug...buy it at wallmart....
first of all..new at this..husband is going thru detox...alleve is for pain...not anxiety...researching couple of things....found out...melatonin...as well as some thing called vallerium...buy at wallmart...melatonin..will help to sleep...and the valerium...with anxiety...just dont drive....

have you looked up the thomson recipe? it is in the Health pages it helps with all the W/D symtoms but there are some amino's and vitamens listed in there that can help. exercise will help with anxity and help you sleep

it is like asprin that will thin the blood to allow the heart to work alittle easier that is all not really help with anxity but that is how clonidine works so
yes aleve is Naprosyn as long as you seperate them by two hours the aleve is prosessed through the kidneys and the tyl is through the liver but do take them two hours a part this is to help the meds benifit from each outher one gets into the system and starts working then the other will kick in on the down fall of the other so to keep your pain level down longer. and it is better for the stomach

I've never heard of Aleve helping for anxiety. Let us know if it works. You're probably okay to take them both, but I wouldn't do it often. You should be cautious about mixing pain relievers.
yes......mixing tylenol and aleve is ok for tonight but i wouldnt do it every night...i think aleve helps with pain but not so much with anxiety...just take the tylenol pm tongiht and use the aleve in the daytime
