pepper you are right. I always thought they were the same but there not Criag you are going to need tonic water
Never heard of Club soda having it but it may I thought it was just sodium citrate and it does have a potassium component so that could help. I know as Laurel said above Tonic Water has it. I used the magnesium+calcium supplement as I could not take the taste of tonic water. Good Luck and I hope the RLS is minimal for you!
thanks for the info bought the club soda and went to walmart and found this stuff called hylands for leg cramps its got quinine in it and its 3.99 for 40 caplets just for everyones info thanks for the info guys take care and stay strong everybody Craig
yes its for rls and club soda has it so buy yourself some club soda
right, this is why we talk about drink tonic water ( it's supposed to have it ).. don't think one can buy quinine OTC but i' not sure.
As RLS was a hell for me so i would advise u to lessen its effects, to take a magnessium+calcium supplement apart from eating as much bananas, oranges or apples as you can. I always ate two bananas with a glass of hot milk before going to bed and after taking a long hot bath ( if you can add some epsom salts ...better )..
hope i've helped u. good luck !
