Sleep is a number one complaint. Baths as hot as you can take it, with empsom salts helps a lot. Try exercising through the day, especially in the evening. Walk, swim, whatever to get your heart up, even slightly will help you feel better and sleep. Many use immodium for stomach issue, it works. I spent the nights web surfing recovery and posting here. Sleep will return.
