Hi - My son was staking pain killers , and not for pain. A year ago he told me about this.
I knew something wasn't right for sometime but wasn't aware of what was going on.
Anyway he is working at getting his life back, and started working out, taking vitamins,
talking with a couple of other people about this, who have been through this situation.
He is taking Suboxone, and then cutting it in four pieces. Yesterday he said he needed to get four more Suboxone because he was hurting so bad. He said his back hurts, and I forgot what else. He was hoping to not take one, but said he is going to take a quarter and then try not taking a quarter of the Suboxone the next day and see how he feels.
I want to support him but need facts. How long will he have to take Suboxone before there is no side effects of the pain killers?
He was working for me in my business, that did not involve a schedule of being in an office from 9 to 5, so he had a lot of freedom. I realized this was not working and
started pulling back the funds. He got a job in a restaurant. That was a positive for him
since I believe he just had no reason to get up in the morning. He is a very smart man
and has taken steps (with my help) to start his business, but he was not pushing himself
to get things going.
Must go as I have a business to run. Thank you in advance for taking the time to listen and offer any advice that I can help him with and yet not be sympathetic.
What do you mean? Are you in withdrawal from Suboxone? If you could give a little more information I am sure someone could help you out.
But right off the top of my head, certain vitamins will help with any withdrawal and exercise is never a bad thing.
