I was very tired when i went ct. I got on the vitamins and started drinking vitamin water and got out and tried to walk a bit everyday. This will pass in time. stay strong sara
Yes it is ..look at the amino acid protocol in the health pages .Walking or some type for exercise every day with help sped up the processes.
That was my worst side effect. I couldn't bear it. and I had insomnia! I took sleeping pills but they did nothing, it was terrible, just terrible. I knew I had a problem when I was so tired even two weeks after stopping the pills. I had a relapse - not for 'fun' - I have a serious back problem - and I did take 2 -3 5 mg percocet a day for a week, now I don't have any more (I only got enough for the worst pain), so now I feel like I have to go through that whole exhaustion thing again. I'm praying it's not as bad this time since I did use a lot more before I stopped, and I only took a small amount, but who knows?
I have to have faith that if I ride it out it it will get better. Today I have not taken any and I don't have that crazy exhaustion, but I did find it hit me after about a week. Just so bad, it had to be the worst side effect, in fact, other than mental cravings, it was the only side effect I had when I stopped, but it was brutal!! Good luck!!!
Yes, lots of fatigue -- tired all the time - - ride it out - check out supplements - read some of the posts on what to take - -- Time will bring about a new zest for life. All the best
the extreme tiredness and fatigue has really started to kick in with me around day 13. I'm nn day 15 now, pretty tired! I think I didn't feel well enough to notice it earlier. Now I'm exhausted....
It usually is. Look under health discussions at right hand of page. Many forum members have chronicled their experiences and those may be accessed by using the Search feature ........ you cannot have too much knowledge about this stuff.....
