sleep advice

I tried to post this but it got lost somewhere in the intertubes(LOL) so try try again:
I know that there is alot of info on this scattered in the threads but I would like some consolidated info resleep aides.
Any recommendations for a young man who is switching from methadone to suboxone? He hasn't slept for 3 nights- other wise the sub induction is going well. He has a hazardous job at a place with a very strict attendance policy. He needs to get some sleep so he can return to work ASAP and he cannot afford to lose his job. Any experiences out there good/bad? Suggestions?

coming of methadone hun, he needs the higher dose for a while and the clonidine too...its  been 3 days now, he really should be getting some relief.

I think only time will heal. Sleep takes a long time to return to normal.

Have you tried Melatonin? Its a natural sleep aid that is sold at any pharmacey or drug store. its cheap and it works. Good luck..
