Thankyou all so much for replying. I got up this morning, put music on loud and managed to do a wee bit of housework, but the aches, severe panicky feeling and the rest didnt start long to start up again. However, I just keep reminding myself that Ill be codeine free a whole week at 1pm tomorrow (but who's counting, eh ?? ). I know it wont last forever, it just feels like it will at the minute :(   .

When I was going through all of this I found music, funny tv shows, Ipad games, Short walks when I could, anything to distract myself, really helped. I laid on the couch for awhile, then laid in bed, then back to the couch. I curled up and hung on for dear life reading this Forum on my
ipad. I was too shakey to post much, so
i just read and reread these posts promising myself I was going to make it too!
I didn't leave the house for 3-4 days until I worked up my courage to get out of the house. Just hang on, be strong, you can do this too!

Hi Madge I'm sorry your having RLS I had it also in my legs arms and upper body.  I used heating pads and baths and bananas. I know it sounds weird but bananas really helped. Are you taking any vitamins. I take an Emergen C vitamin pack every morning. I hope you feel better soon, praying for you.

I agree with bubble Epsom salt baths are amazing and the heating pad will help too. Do you have highlands rls there? I ate lots of bananas and took a cal/mag/zinc too. You can do this and it will get better. :)

Aww I'm sorry. When I was first detoxing, I lived in hot bubble baths with Epsom salt. Or wrap heating blankets on the areas that hurt?
