I've been doing cocaine for about 5 years now!!! Here recently I found out that I had a hole in my nose, I sticked a q tip thru my nose and finally felt the q tip go thru the other side of my nose, I felt so bad I started crying in the restroom... I can't tell anyone about it especially my gf!!!! I grabbed a flashlight and looked in thru my nose from a mirror and I finally saw everything, it looked very bad!!! I continued and still do cocaine knowing very well it's doing more &more damage I still do it'' when I blow my nose chunks of skin o what it looks like continue to come out and everyday it looks like the hole is coming to the tip of my nose, can that be possible, I'm very scared that I can't sleep at nights and I still can't stop cocaine can someone help me PLEASE....

You need to start by seeing an ENT doctor (ears, nose and throat.)  They can tell you what damage has been done and will know what direction to go in.  You may need to see a specialist if the damage is particularly bad.

At the same time, you need to find help for this addiction.  Talking to a relative that's been using coke for 15 years is not going to help either your addiction or your health.  You need to seek help with an addiction counselor or AA/NA or some kind of support group in order to stop using.

You do jobs in the oil field for oxy?  What does that mean?  Are you abusing oxy as well?  That needs to be addressed, too.  You are already suffering the physical effects of the coke.  It won't get better on its own.  You need to address your addiction head on and address your health problem in the same way.  Best of luck.

What kind of doctor should I see?!?? I really appreciate this very much and it looks like my nose is kinda swollen from the top by kind of by my forehead, and it looks like my nostrils are bigger or something idk... And it looks like my nose is dragging down!!! I dnt know what's wrong with me because I know I'm doing damage to me and I still can't stop doing, me and my girlfriend have been arguing here lately because I've been jealous and get mad for any little reason I can find!!!! I seriously would love to stop but I can't do it... It's like nothing matters to me but to do cocaine''' when I wake up I do it and everyday is the same thing over and over,,, I'm only 25 years old, I have my own company I do jobs in the oil field for "oxy"!!! I have a real good job but the more money I make the more I waist on this damn drug... I've never thought about killing myself or anything like that, but if I dnt stop I'm gna kill myself by doing it... Some of my relatives have been doing it since they were like 20 years old witch would about 15 years of sniffing cocaine I can't even imagine what his nose looks like, I think that's why I just keep doing it but I believe I will have a talk with this relative today and ask him!!!!

I used to know this  Lawyer, who had a strong affinity for cocaine. He had this huge honker, one of the ugliest honkers I've ever seen in my life. He burned out his nose like that as well, and the infection ate away all the cartilage that makes everyone's nose whatever shape it is.  He had to get an implant, and a lot of reconstructive surgery, but in his case it was a huge improvement.
He was lucky that his  cosmetic surgeon was much better than Micheal Jackson's. :o)

Yes, that is possible. you can have an infection that will slowly travel and destroy tissue. You need to see a Doctor. If an infection gets into the brain you will become seriously, deathly ill for a long, long time. It is a very difficult condition to treat, and can kill you, or  leave you mentally impaired.

Don't take chances, see a Doctor. You don't want to end up looking like Micheal Jackson do you, and  have your nose fall off in public?
