You will feel like you have the flu......stomach upset, diarreha, chills and your legs may hurt also. Dont be afraid of this as it will go away. Usually the worst are day 3-4. We have to go thru this to get to the other side. Get some immodium for the runs and look in the health pages and get going on the aminos or vitamins. Hot bathes feel good also. Try and get up and do some exercising even if it means walking around your house. Drink plenty of water or protein drinks like Ensure. You will get thru this and it will feel good to get your life back. Like i said.....dont be afraid of this. Keep posting how you are feeling and we will help you thru. sara
