thanks

thanks everyone for your comments yesterday. I am feeling much better today.  I am going to walk the mall then headed to my appointement with my therapist.  Does anyone think I should ask her for suboxone?  Would that help me with the mental withdrawl?

I am so glad to see you feeling better.  The walk in the mall will really help too.  Tell your therapist what you have been feeling like.  I agree with Lesa on maybe changing your anti depressant.  Enjoy your walk!!!!!!!!!!            sara

I'm very pleased to read you are feeling better. You are through your wd and are now dealing with the depression many of us do. you can ask about sub but it is very addicting in itself.. I think maybe asking about changing your antidepressant may be a good idea I had read where you are taking seroquel this is not your typical antidepressant.. maybe a change is in order.. what ever you choose think about it long and hard sub is very difficult to wd from and expensive.. Glad you are getting out it does wonders for us.. lesa

I am glad you are feeling better. You can ask her if you want. Knowledge is power. Its what you do with the power. But yes I think it would be ok to ask, I mean you want to know all your options. Ask her about everything, but you have to be completly honest with her. (about everything) She can not help you if she does not know exactly what it is that she is dealing with. Well anyways I am so glad you are feeling better. Have a good walk and keep us posted.
