took such a small piece today I'm alrdy feeling slight WD nothing terrible by any means
I know I went ct b4 but I took med leave from work so I had a month to veg like I said I'm gonna see what happens if I stop the subs tommorow maybe by Monday I'll be OK to work
Hey Dude right now you need to focus on your recovery im with Vicki you need to get off the sub b/4 your addicted to it the h is a hard detox but it olny last for 4 to 6 days then your free as for the lack of energy try Whey protein shakes it is only 15 bucks for a 2 lb can up at walmart drink 2 a day keep posting for support you can make it threw this............................................Gnarly..............................................
that's some good advise as always guys....I'm not gonna take the sub tomorrow....I'm just worried how I'm gonna feel on Monday for work....should I take a few days off??? I do tech support so I need to be on my a game and talking to ppl all day long
if I jump off the subs now what will should I expect feeling like the last cpl days off ct than into the months of lack of energy no sleep and emotinal roller coaster....don't get me wrong I'm dry for all that but I need to at least be functional at work.....I'm sure its not gonnna be as bad as cut
good thing is I sat my mom down told her my plan its her birthday so it made her real happy she's behind me and knows what might come
stop thinking so far ahead......thats half the battle. its like your setting yourself us for disaster either way. at this point you need to just be.....go with the flow...you know?? this is about taking things nice and slow......dont set up anything....
i dont see why hanging out with sober friends will be a bad thing...i think that would be a definately good thing. thats half the battle too....remembering how to do things sober and have fun. just dont anticipate anything...
I think you first need to detox off of everything and THEN think about a social life. Try not to be so anxious with the process and don't talk yourself into not being able to do it! You CAN do it...
Start right now, get rid of the Sub, and make a plan on paper. List a schedule of things to do...I don't know what you like to do to keep busy ( I can probably guess lol ) but think of some things: movies, games, books...Is there one friend you trust that can come spend some time with you this weekend?
You really CAN do this...I think you're creating dilemmas as a stalling technique...can you see that? Just do it Hon...
