Thanks for the infor, and the receipe. I think I know how to handle this. Done it before when I ran out of my prescription. But since then buying them and making sure to have them everyday for 2 years now...F^%$#@@ I could have a new car it's stupid, the pains still there anyway...So....I think I will try to taper down for a week or so then just quit...I have a lot of better things to do with my $$$....Thanks again...
Thanks to all for the infor...
yea maybe it dosnt, it was 1 comment i read about it that said that and right then and there scared me away from it but its just me, i still would suggest doing it, i know it has helped a lot of ppl, but i also think my cocktail someone posted on here once is what i tried and it should be up there in the health forums to, cuz i detoxed many a times and it really made a difference this last time.
hi,having detoxed both with and without it, i know it helped me, i didnt get any jitters, not any i noticed anyway during withdrawal. best wishes.
thats the only reason i didnt go for it
the l-tysene or whatever it it, i read up on it and said it can give you bad jitters? idk?
The recipe is one of vitamins and several home remedies to make yourself comfortable during the process. It will NOT give you the jitters.
i duno i didnt wanna do it because the one thing says gives you the coffee jitters so that scared me away from it, the hole wd feels like bad coffee jitters so y would i wanna add to that lol take the vitamins instead it worked for me
Here is the recipe:

I have not personally used it but I have heard members say it helped them. Know that it will not take the withdrawal away but may lessen it some what.
Do you plan on stopping ct or tapering?
