Anyone find when theyre tapering down of opiods they get tired sleepy ? finding that with methadone

i'm also going down on methadone, I was at 140mg in July/08 I'm at 47mgs now it's dec/08. I'm very tired all the time mostly around 3-5p.m,i have a real problem at night sleeping i'm up every hour almost. In the morning i'm so tired from the restless sleep but thats from methadone and from going down, once I was under 80mg I noticed a few things, like my breathing is bad, my heart starts beating very fast and It's hard for me to catch my breath,another side effect of methadone it causes respritory depression, circulalotory depression and so on. it's bad stuff.

great to see you post and welcome to the forum...fatigue is very much a part of opiate WD for most...I am not familisr with methadone WD...someone who is will post i am sure...saturday night and the forum is slow..also, have u checked the health pages to the right under DISCUSSION...somegood information there on methadone wd and thomas recipe as well for support...amino acid protocol is there as well...keep posting
