i'm on officially day 2 with NO pills.....started a taper on thurs but decided to go CT....just curious as to if day 2 is worse or day 3??  please tell me its day 2 is worse....

thanks Sonrissa!!!  i am trying to eat a little and drink too....i got out and went to the store....believe me that took ALL i had to drive there....lol  now i'm really tired....took a hot bath and fell asleep in the tub!!  lol

I agree with Sonrissa.  Everyone is different and every time is different.  It's hard to say what tomorrow will be like for you.
Just hang in there and keep doing what you are doing.  You are doing great.

oh me too!!!  cannot describe how grateful i am to have found this site!!  i am in a dark place.....this is some light i found at the end of a black tunnel.....then i found you ladies and its awesome.....all of you extended your hands to help even tho you are going thru same thing......so grateful

Hey Toothfairie! It's very normal to be tired! For me, the fatigue was one of the worst symptoms! Every person and every detox is different! You may feel a little worse tomorrow, you may not! Try not to anticipate too much and just take things as they come! Keep doing all the right things, stay well hydrated, eating, and active! Take a short walk outside if you can!

I actually turned mine off for the first three days. It just annoyed me ! Lol anyway I was pretty much on this site the entire first week! It saved me! LoI  did i mention how grateful I am for all the wonderful people that come together to help each other? I am very grateful!!!!
