I have seen people with heart failure due to narcotic abuse...hearts dont like narcs...nat a good pair when u abuse...talk to ur doctor

Sure can. Usually more of a BP problem - but it varies. Hydro is a smooth muscle relaxer. And guess what your heart is? Thats right. A smooth muscle. Keep an intelligent approach to this stuff.
