amino acid protocol

Has anyone had experience with this protocola and will it help with the withdrawals I am experiencing?  I don't want to feel like i am popping pills all over again if you know what I mean, but if it is going to help in anyway with my energy level (because right now I could climb into bed and sleep which is a littlle difficult with 6 kids)...anyone have any input????

I took/take them, and I think they've helped. There's definitely a good biochemical basis for taking a lot of the supplements mentioned there (plus some others even!) in order to try and help your body regain its balance. Proteins in fish and chicken and egs are good too, although red meat is reckoned to be bad acirding to what I've read on the subject. Personally, I've had huge problems with sleeping so I'm reluctant toeven take l-tyrosine now, never mind caffeine drinks but I guess whatever works for you!

i did not start the aminos til a couple weeks after i quit, but i definately helped with the energy....i also drank the rock star energy drinks and they helped...some ppl say you should stay away from those but i didnt.  try the aminos and see...keep us posted
