Hyland’s Restful Legs and HOT baths helped me alot
Bananas are loaded with potassium and they help to counteract the runs.
I ate bananas and take one a day vitamins, seemed to help some. Hot baths hot baths. Helped a lot. Potassium helps also, be careful with those read the label. Good luck and stay positive.

Some people are having good results with something from the health store for rls. Also 'Natural Calm" with calcium. That and eat lots of bananas. These all will give you magnesium, calcium and potassium. All are good to help relax muscles. Walking helps to release toxins in the legs too. Drink lots of water and Gatorade.
what and how much were you taking? You should feel better in a few days..possibly sooner...did you get vitamins and stuff like the thomas recipe to help you.?..hang in there

I feel your pain! My legsw are killing me, I suggest long hot baths with Epsom Salts. You will get through this like you did the last time. Just be patient and take it 1 hour at a time.
