first admission of relapse,was on subutex and suboxone for a long time to overcome opiate adiction. came off all meds in probably too short a time, due to personal reasons, couldnt handle the withdrawals and started using again.am sick worked really hard to get off have thrown it all away.

No, Louise. You haven't thrown it all away. Pull yourself up, and get back to work. Quitting is a battle, and relapses are a fact for all of us. you're not finished. Just keep doing the best you can.

i cant seem to summon up the strength to do it all again, i felt ok physically when on the rehab programme but i still missed the high mind you struggling to even get there now.need to go and plug into rehab services just cant do it just yet.thx
