Absolutely! Our bodies are starved for nutrition and we eat more. Lots more! LOL! ;)
I actually lost weight at first just because of the physical symptoms but I have actually put on almost 10 pounds and I needed it and feel better. Food even taste better, I enjoy it more now I enjoy cooking it and making great dishes!
your body is looking for dopamine. Food is one way to get it. I have gained about 10 lbs. looking for carbs! :)
