what do i expect with the withdrawls and what can i do to help him

So good news with some not so good yet.  My baby has gone through today with 3 uses one of 100 and 2 of 80 (which might not seem that good to those who havent read previous post he was at 500-600 a day).  Had a talk with me to prepare for the depression he is already starting to have.  Bad news still using the points, talked to him about them but he just isn't there yet.  I think he is just trying to do it all at the same time.  But if this works what should i be prepared to do to help him with the withdrawls besides the Thomas recipe, or is this something were I just have to wait and see what he asks of me and give him his space?  Totally clueless not totally know it's not going to be pleasant have been around many addicts but not through the withdraw stage, maybe i'm just worrying too soon.

Those high of doses he may need medical attention. I would strongly suggest a methadone clinic. If you do research and can find a non profit clinic that would be the best bet. Get him on methadone for just a short while and QUICKLY taper to a safe level to switch over to suboxone. As long as he is this willing to quit, and with your support, the clinic would be the safest most effective way to kick this evil addiction. Myself and a friend have both done this and it was a superb way to get our lives back. Best of luck

wow, he is lucky to have you.  your support is the best thing for him.  hot baths with epsom salt will help and encourage him to exercise.  he can do this with your support.  just let him know you are there if he needs you and then wait for him to come to you.  good luck to you both.
