I have a question. Can i take hylands for the rls and tylenol pm at the same time for sleep.

How did you sleep while taking both the tylenol pm and hylands?

I was in this forum before and see some old names. I was clean for about 3 months may be a little longer. Alot is going on in my life and i started to take the percs again 4 about 3-4 months on and off. I hate the night i flop like a fish in bed and i dont get much sleep. Im taking the vitamins. I know i just have a couple of days of this rls and not alot of good sleep and i get anxiety on and off and some depression. I cant wait to be clean from these toxins.

way to go day 5 is awesome....you will turn the corner anyday now and life will be all you ever dreamed and more.  keep your eye  on the prize becuase you are about to cross the finishline...keep going.

I found that wrapping my legs in ace bandage helped a LOT too.

I took both together.The hylands really did help too.Im glad I found it.Great job on day 5 and keep it up!
