heloo i am battling with an addiction to meth. i have done this stuff for almost 3 yrs. i recently quit 3 weeks ago and cant sleep!!! i need help!!!

is it meth. or methadone you are detoxing from. With the lack of sleep it sounds like methadone.

i know sleep can be the last thing to return to normal after withdrawals, and it does really get you down, have you tried melatonin, that can help also valarien root, it will return eventually, best wishes,
