cover her sleep as it is hard to detox without it..anxiety like mentioned..keep her busy and focused..walking everyday...if she is going to rehab then they will keep her occupied...she may be able to get on track without...u can help her as u know what she is going thru...covering the anxiety and sleep issue is so important....clonidine helps alot of that and is not habit forming..not sure her dose or doc but all is do-able especially with support like u r giving her
What is the DOC she is taking. she can go into the emergency romm and get the help she needs sooner than Tuesday. I might want to do that. If she has nothing to take to calm her down a bit it going to be real tuff. I know this didnt help much just dont want to see her suffer. I will pray for her right now!
Be very sympathetic. she is gonna be hurting bad physically and emotionally. back rubs. massages. try to get her to eat something. Just a couple bites. If she doesnt feel like eating get her a high protein smoothie. warm baths. a funny movie. Or even a sad one. its good to cry, it is very cleansing. Even a little wine to help her relax. Good luck to you both!
Is she taking any valium or anything like that? As you see in the Thomas recipe a little of something like that is recommended and I can tell you it really helps. However, JUST a little for a short time!....the last thing she needs to do is get addicted to that! Good luck...she IS doing the right thing!..and will be very happy once she's clean!
