Opiate W/DS what is up!!

Hello everyone I have been on here whinning, and am back today.  I have been clean 70 days today.  I still feel like a mack truck has run over me. About 2 wks ago I started having huge sinus problems. Where I live in OK. the allergens are really high.  I have had alot of painful pressure in my head everyday. Still feel weak.  I am older 55. But my God, I thought by now I would be feeling better.  I started taking an antibiotic yesterday. This is so wearing on a persons body.  I dont know how much an old body can take. I am taking very good vitamins and eating.  Somedays you think you are better then BAM, you feel like worse than death the next. I am having electric shocks in my shoulder. Of course that is my bad arm side.  This is getting so wearing.  Dont mean to sound, so depressed but cant help it. IT would be nice to stay asleep then just wake up and feel wonderful Right?
I am so glad for the people that feel wonderful after 2 weeks or a month, thats amazing.  But I still dont feel wonderful. IT is about 100 degrees here today, and the humidity is awful, getting outside is not really a fun thing right now. I just have not felt good since I stopped the pain med. What is up with this. any opinions?

1sr ur NOT whining:at least no more than the rest of us Im29n MS&Its102 2day&Ive been trying2get out as much as possible w/my amazing2yr old&husband(clean17days):trying2enjoy life and family time&2keep my mind off the pills BUT Im feeling tons of pain the last2-3days from heat so Its NOT u at all.I have been dizzy,lightheaded etc.Ran errands n airconditioned car NOT cool enough.Ended up@McDonald's playland so Hayden could  play then ***@**** the heat makes me grumpy,aggravated.MOSTLY N PAIN.r u on anti-deppresants?If so there NOT working.CHANGE2another
&if NOT get on some ASAP tried a couple over the past few.years(well I wasnt4about8years really)tried cymbalta4 7months@20 worked AMAZING.Last year zoloft:hated it,celexa:did nothing now back2cymbalta&feeling great.Check-out this stuff too

I agree with reallyneedhelp76....go get a checkup with full blood panels. At 70 days you are well past the hard physical withdrawals. There may be a few out there that may still suffer from some lethargy at 70 days but you shouldn't be feeling as bad as you're describing.

Have you been exercising? Exercising will get you back on track faster than anything.

Keep chugging along. You're doing great!

read your post awhile ago and been thinking about it.  First of all if it was 100 degrees out, i'd melt and i'm only 34!  But i was wondering, could you possibly have an under lying health condition?  Maybe you should go to doctor and tell him how your feeling and have a full physical and a full blood work up?  Just to make sure ya know?  I'd make sure that nothing else was wrong, and if everything else is good, then maybe your doctor could give you a b-12 shot to zap up the energy level!   Good luck.

Hi 55!  I am, too.  You say you eat well--what does that mean for you?  Heat is hard on me, too, but there are some things that can help.  Even in my drugged state of mind I knew things that helped.  I would think that if you've been clean 70 days the detox part is over--but maybe you damaged your liver?  That's not terminal.  I've done a lot of herbal stuff over the years that WORKS, and I'd be glad to share some ideas.  They won't hurt, and they might help.  If they don't help, you haven't done any damage.

I think most start to feel better and see the light at the end of the tunnel...Not back at 100%..Please don't beat yourself up...we're all different..I'm here for you....Anj.
