No trouble atall :), glad you got some help from your Psychiatrist!
Thank you so much for the response you guys! Well, my psychiatrist put me on Paroxetine, which helps with my anxiety/depression, and diazepam for attacks...
Heya Nato
Headaches are quite common during the onset and after a panic attack, tpyically the duration can be a few minutes to hours or all night/day.
And almost always after an attack you will feel totally drained and i with my own experience like you've just run into a wall or done a marathon!
Panic attacks are probably the most single worst experience to ever go through, your not alone, and never be ashamed to seek help from a GP or professional it does help!!
I hope things settle for you!, be safe!
Have you addressed this with your doctor? It can happen from the adrenaline rush, but you need to let your doctor know what you are experiencing. I wouldn't think your head would hurt all night...but with anxiety anything is possible. Headaches are a big part of anxiety, but make sure you let your doctor know about them. What are you doing to address your anxiety?
