I always feel lightheaded and very dizzy

I'm 19 years old ,,, I always feel lightheaded and very dizzy ,and i have a feeling of palpitations and Tachycardia ... i have stomach problems such as feeling of fullness , bloating and feeling Nausea ,, i've asked a doctor since a month ,, he told me that i have Amoebiasis and Ascaris .. I Asked him if i've heart problems or diabetes and if  i have to do Endoscopy he told me " no you are alright "  .. and he gave me some medicine such as Albendazole , LEVAMISOLE HCL BP , Secnidazole , nifuroxazide , Lactobacillus LB and Antacid ( Rabeprazole Sodium ) ... But after taking the medicine nothing has happened , STILL feeling really dizzy and i always have Tachycardia ... it should be noted that I the first time i had these Symptoms was when i was 15 years old and it took me 4 or 5 months to recover .. and in the day before i was very ill i smoked hash ( it was the first or the second time for me since 3 years ) and i've only smoked one cigarette but i felt very dizzy and Nausea after it ,, but after sleeping i was good but the next day i was ill .

I would chart when you feel this way, how many times a day, does anything upsetting precede it, how long does it last, that type of thing, and then go back to the doctor with that information. It is possible it is anxiety, but it is also important that neurological/biological things be ruled out. If you are lightheaded and very dizzy ALL of the time it could be something like an inner ear problem. It may also be that you need more medication to treat the original problem. The first round may not have been strong enough.

Be a squeaky wheel. Make sure you keep going back until you get some answers.
