You need to talk to someone, and family is best. Sometimes writing down how you feel and letting them read it makes things sink in more. This will show them how bad you feel and that they need to get you help. You can also talk to your school counselor and they can assist with getting you the help you need. You're not alone, we hear from a lot of teens going thru exactly what you are. Start talking to someone, a family member or at school so you can get help. There is a lot of help for you, so stay strong .

Which one is your legal guardian? You should have a good talk with whoever that is and explain how you feel ant that you need outside help. If you are unable to do this than you should try to find out where your local government childrens services is and call them.
They can help you get the help you need if your family is unwilling.
