Hi I am 32 years old I been taking sertalin for about 4-6 months because i was getting panic attacks ever since then I haven't gotten one thank god. My cousin aunt recently passed and we are going over to my cousins and drink and play games. My question is can i drink if I go I havent drank but tasted a sip of beer since i started taking the medication. I take my pills at 11 or 12 in the morning and we were going to get togher at 8 pm. Can i drink just for this one night?

Official recommendation is to not drink while on antidepressants, but I think it depends on the person.  Just don't drink very much, and see how you feel.  The combination can make you drowsy, and also disorient you, so just take it very easy.
