ANXIETY ? LET'S MAKE A LIST OF SYMPTOMS AND TESTS TAKEN TO HELP EVERYONE.

Reading everyone's concerns on this message board (along with my concerns) I thought it might be a good experiment(and a helpful reference guide for everyone) to list ALL the symptoms they have had and ALL the tests that have come back normal and ALL the specialists they have seen that have concluded that it was all anxiety. If you can put it in a LIST FORM with no back story so it is easy to reference that would be great. The idea here is that we can help eachother by revealing the range of symptoms that anxiety can produce ... this might ease all of our minds and help us get back to the life we were intended to live ... HAPPY and HEALTHY : )
Here is my list:

SYMPTOMS:
FATIGUE
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
FOGGY HEAD, CONCENTRATION PROBLEMS
FREQUENT URINATION
PINS AND NEEDLES FEELING
IMBALANCE WHILE WALKING
HEAVY HEAD
PAIN BEHIND THE EYES
COLD TOES/COLD FINGERS
PALPITATIONS
SOME SHAKINESS/CLUMSINESS
FLOATERS IN VISION

TESTS TAKEN THAT CAME BACK NORMAL:
ECHOCARDIOGRAM
EKG
BRAIN MRI
EYE EXAM
EAR EXAM
EMERGENCY ROOM EKG
4 BLOOD TESTS
STANDARD PHYSICAL

DOCTORS/SPECIALISTS I'VE SEEN WHO SAY IT'S ALL ANXIETY RELATED:
MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR
NEUROLOGIST
NUTRITIONIST
THERAPIST
CARDIOLOGIST
EMERGENCY ROOM DOCTOR
PSYCHIATRIST (FRIEND)

Hi guys. This forum has helped me so much. I have suffered from anxiety since I was a child, but my I am now experiencing my 3rd big episode. The first one was when I moved away to college. This one lasted for 4 years and I had trouble breathing. I eventually learned to live with it. The second episode was after my first baby was born (lasted for about a year) and the third after my second baby was born...this is now more than 2 years of symptoms. This time around the "wealth" of symptoms has freaked me out. I don't know what triggers my anxiety, but I sure know what keeps it going: my obssesive hypocondria. So here is my list of symptoms:

can't catch my breath
have to take deep breaths and can't so I panick
shortness of breath
pain and pressure on my face to the point that I can't stand at all
pressure on top of my head
dizzines (this lasted over 6 months almost 24/7)
vertigo
blurry vision (had a hard time even driving)
tingling in hands, arms, feet, legs, lowe back
vibrations in feet
crawley feeling all over the body like ants would be on me
fatique
tingling on face
numbness feeling in feet, hands and the back of my legs (althoguh they were not actually numb)
arms or one or more fingers falling asleep at night
sensation that feet or hands are swollen but they are not
throbing in hands
pain in arms, hands, dingers, finger tips (especially right arm)
pain in shoulders
pain in middle/upper back (this one is new now and still dealing with it)
crazy twiching all over my body
hypocondrya
feeling of impeding doom
fear something was wrong with me (brain tumour, MS, ALS, leukemia, cancer)
insomnia
fainty feeling
headaches
shaking of legs when in bed
palpitations (for months and while pregnant...was not fun)

Doctors seen:
PCP
cardio
physical therapy (did not work)

Tests:
EKG
echocardiogram
holter monitor
MRI of brain and C spine
blood work: cbc, B12, thyroid, diabetes, RA, bone cancer, lupus and many others
chest x-ray
T spine x-ray

I am on Xanax as needed. It is the only pill that helps my pain. No NSAID's do the trick. Now that I have had all these tests done I will chill and take it...again...as anxiety. I got over it before, I will do it again. I was symptom free for over five years...the age difference between my kids.

Good luck guys!

I have all the symptoms more or less as you all have.  I have really bad butterflies and my head feels ... well, like tight, like a swarm of sand or bees around it... just uncomfortable... take ativan feel alright.  had this over a year ago, I had kidney cancer, thought that was the cause, but it's coming back... wonder if beta Blocker is causing it..??  Maybe my body doesn't like them anymore... seems like I got this way because I was losing weight and getting good exercise...  I ate burger king and junk food seems like it went away, but I got fat and unhealthy.... what's up with this??
was sleeping great but past couple days cannot sleep, get to REM stage and wham!  wake up with butterflies, tremors happen while I am trying to sleep, feel weak and shakey,,,, while awake feel better... it's a horror movie that's for sure!!
Ativan is my only friend for emergencies.....
