Hello and welcome!

While life's advice was certainly compassionate and helpful...I think you have some other, bigger issues to tackle before worrying about becoming "famous".  I don't know who would actually want to do that anyway, it surely doesn't look very appealing to me!  :0)

Anyway, it sounds as though you may dealing with anxiety and/or depression.  Losing interest in life is a sign of depression, and it sounds like you're worrying excessively about the health of your heart.  Have you ever had a history of anxiety or depression, or other mental illness?  Have you ever sought help for the way you're feeling?

There are many very benign cardiac symptoms that cause very unsettling sensations, but in reality, are totally harmless.  You definitely need to see your doctor for a thorough assessment, but it sounds as though you may be experiencing PVCs, or premature ventricular contractions.  It's basically an "early", heartbeat, which is why it is very noticeable, it's "out of place".  I've had them many many times, and I know they feel scary.

Your doctor can do some simple tests to find out what is going on, if anything.  Sometimes an EKG (electrocardiogram) will be sufficient to confirm something like PVCs, but also, sometimes the PVCs do not occur during the EKG, so something called a "Holter Monitor" may be needed.

That's when you are hooked up to an EKG (they put the sticky circles on your chest and attach wires that connect to the portable EKG unit).  You would wear it for 24 hours (or longer, depending on your doc's instructions)..you would keep a log book of your activities, and also note any symptoms you have.  Point being, there are some very straightforward ways to assess the heart.

Once you get the "a-ok" from your doctor about your heart, which most likely you will, your anxiety levels will hopefully decrease a little.  If you get a diagnosis of PVCs, or palpitations, something like that...treatment is not usually required, other than symptomatically.  Meaning, sometimes meds will be Rx'd if the symptoms are bothersome to the patient, but treatment isn't NEEDED as the symptoms are not harmful in any way.

Regardless of what the outcome is with your medical exam,  I still recommend you asking your doc for a referral to a psychiatrist..to address both the symptoms of anxiety AND symptoms of depression.  A p-doc will thoroughly evaluate you, offer an accurate diagnosis, and start discussing treatment options, which will probably include therapy, and possibly medications.

Whatever you do, don't do nothing.  There's tons of help out there, you don't have to feel like you do!  Please update us, let us know how you feel!  We're here for you!

In todays hectic life we dont always have time to eat well but you have to make some effort to starting today. If you think your heart is skipping a beat please have and EKG monday and they will confirm if this is whats happening. If your heart is ok then that feeling in your chest could also be a spasm in your ethosogos as is comon, ive had it for 20 years. As far as losing interest in life, you must also make an effort to live your full potential. your in a rut because you think that what you have experienced so far as not gotton you anywhere and your comparing yourself to others. I know that somewhere in you is great potential but your not using your God given talents to there fullest your looking at others in comparison. In you there is something that you know from your journey here so far that will get you to the next level. Maybe is writing lyrics and getting a Nashville agent, or entering a poetry contest or creating a simple Patented product. Lets get with it and pull yourself up by your boot straps. If your loosing interest in your life maybe find interest in somebody elses life, get involved as the time we have on this earth is limited. You can do something on a great level and you must start today. Its never to late to be famous.
