Am I suffering from anxiety disorder, or is it serious?

Hi, I'm a 22 year old female. I tend to get breathless time and again and this never used to happen before, I also used to have panic attacks out of nowhere. I have a case of claustrophobia, even in open spaces. I sometimes wonder if I am not losing my sanity, I used to be so healthy, now I have noticed that I've been losing body weight, my breathing problem usually is more pronounced when I'm travelling even over short distances, please help!

Not to be unkind, but you need to help yourself here and you can do that by seeing your doctor as soon as possible. Everything you describe could be a signal that your anxiety is returning, but the sudden weight loss, which I'm assuming is unintended, is more of a red flag to me. Sudden, unexplained weight loss should always be reported to your doctor. I do urge you to make an appointment soon and figure out what's going on! It's probably nothing terribly serious and I don't want to scare you, but you already are........and your doctor is the only one who can give you the answers you're seeking.
Please keep us informed, OK?
Peace
