Anxiety and fear of being pregnant? Anyone else feel like This?

Hi,I have OCD for a number of years but until a few months ago my anxiety has got really bad. It started 11 weeks ago when I was on a night out (I had a little more to drink that I should) I met a guy & went outside after the bar, we kissed and (sorry in advance)he fingered me but I am nearly 100% sure that we didn't have sex (I am a virgin) ever since that night my fears have escalated, I can remember going home that night and I can't stop worrying and thinking negatively. I think what triggered me to really freak out was I thought there was a spot of blood on my underwear the next day, but I have washed them 3 times since and it still won't come out so I think it is a bleach stain (was black underwear). I have been constantly looking stuff up on the internet to try and convince myself that I am not. It only made me worse to the extent I thought I had every pregnancy symptom, breast pain (was the worst it freaked me more than the others),pains in arms, sore ear, blocked nose, frequent urination all have subsided now. I had my period in april (was 3 days late with stress), then at the end of april and another period a week ago I also took 2 pregnancy tests (both negative) one was a dipstick and the other digital test). It still hasn't helped my fears, I have acid fluex on and off since april and now my stomach looks bloated which has me terrified it is because I could be 11 weeks preg, I keep checking my stomach, I know I have been eating more foods like chocolate, takeaways because I found it comforting so it could be causing the bloating too. When I brush my teeth this last few days they bleed slightly so I'm worried that is symptoms too. It just feels like every single thing I have I now think it's pregnancy symptoms. Thank you for kind advice in advance.

Your problem is you don't appear to be treating your anxiety problem.  Since you seem to be functioning well overall, I would try therapy with a psychologist who specializes in anxiety and try to get rid of this problem.  If you weren't able to go out and do things you might need medication, but I don't think from what you describe you're at that stage yet and I'm guessing you're relatively young so it's best if you can fix this without medication.  Now, you know that if you had your period you aren't pregnant, right?  And that any type of sex is sex -- foreplay is sex.  And if you drink so much you aren't sure if you had intercourse, then you also have a drinking problem -- this is a common problem today where people binge drink and this kind of thing happens when you do that because you can lose track of what's happening and even black out, which you don't really want to do if you've started engaging in foreplay with someone.  It does lead to harder stuff, you know?  You've got a lot of signs of anxiety, including digestive problems -- which could also be dietary -- so that is where you need to focus your energy.  Peace.
