Anxiety & nipple pain

I've been dealing with anxiety for the past 5 years and for the most part; it's become manageable.  However, I have had a lot of life changes the last 6 months with grad school finishing, new building construction, and the biggest change is a divorce I'm going through.  My anxiety was under control for many months but in the last 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, it's gotten bad again.  Like anxiety before I drive somewhere.  I'll work myself up and for a hour or so during my drive as well as getting to my destination, I'll be a nervous wreck.  I've recently started taking more Omega 3s and B complex vitamins which I know may take 2 to 4 weeks before seeing the benefits.  I'm seeing a therapist and exercising more.  Getting sleep hasn't been great.  I'm sure I could use more.

I get more tired than usual and notice every time I get really anxious, my nipple hurts.  From what I read, it can happen.  Has anyone experienced nipple pain/uncomfortableness with anxiety?  Any treatments that can ease the pain/uncomfortableness?  I know I'll get past this but I don't think it'll get better until the divorce papers are all signed.

Also studies have shown that blood exposure to BPA and fire retardants is maximized with the use of cosmetics such as hand moisturizers or hand sanitizing solutions. Pay closer attention to the chemicals you breathe such as solvents and paint fumes. If you see the other workers wearing breathers stay away or get the proper equipment.

Look for exposures to BPA(found in plastics and thermal receipt paper) or fire retardants. Some of these chemicals in the construction industry mimic estrogen and can cause sore nipples and mood changes... Among other things. Use PPE if you are exposed to these chemicals.
Also, cut back on empty carbohydrates in your diet, caffeine and alcohol until you have time for your body to full return to normal.
Make sure you dedicate a full 8 hours to sleep every night. If you have trouble sleeping, speak to a doctor about the new sleep medications and if they would be right for you.
Speak with your therapist about your drive to work and what happens when you arrive.
Also speak with your doctor about an emergency pill that you can take when you begin your anxiety attacks. These are not to be abused or you will make your situation worse.
Hope this helps.
