All the time while I am in an anxious state. My anxiety usually lasts for about a month. Panic attacks usually come and go by about week two of the episode. The tingling feelings in my arms and legs are with me the entire time. A nuisance but I just ignore them.
The unreal feeling usually hit me after the panic attacks. I've had some bad ones over the years but I just try to remember it is a build up of stress.
Do you experience the same things? Send me a personal message if you like.

Is the ingling in your body all the time or just with a panic attack
I get both physical and emotional symptoms with anxiety. The fear of losing control or losing my grip on reality. The physical symptoms are tingling in my arms and legs, ears ringing, heart palpitations (which really dont scare me).
I think the keys to getting rid of the anxiety are:
Sleep. I mean a string of good nights sleep.
Getting control of your thoughts. Easier said than done. But it can be done.
Confidence in yourself. Very important because anxiety humbles you. Accept your fears, dont fight them.
Exercise. Aerobic
Medication if needed to get by. I take xanax only if I cant sleep but I dont depend on it to get through a day.
I dont know how many times I was paralyzed by anxiety. I never let it stop me from my daily routine. It was trying and difficult but I did it. You can too!
