thank you all for responding :) does stress plays a big role in anxiety? Nowadays I didn't experience so much stress and I wonder why this happen to me. But before, since I am a college students because of research and feasibility study stress is really there. Was it just a late reaction from my past stress before? How long does your panic attack lasted?

Hey hun,

First let me say im so sorry to hear what you are going thru. Anxiety is very powerful in our minds which takes our bodies into places we didnt think it could go..

I have that same symptom. I tell my fiance all the time hunny i feel like im shacking inside but he is like i cant see it. Thats why i said inside. It feels like your body is shacking really on the outside but you cant see it or feel it twith touch but you can feel it inside. Im no Dr. But it does sound like anxiety/panic attack But its still best to get checked out. Are you on any anxiety meds and do you talk to someone who knows what you are going thru? That helps alot..

Hope you get better. Im here if you would like to talk..

What you are experiencing are common symptoms of anxiety. Your fear will make the symptoms more extreme.

I have suffered from panic attacks and other symptoms like what you described, and in the beginning I needed a little help, so my doctor gave me Xanax. Eventually I learned to control my anxiety simply through meditation and deep breathing, and no longer need medication.

This is one technique I used that really worked for me.

When I begin to have extreme anxiety, I quiet myself and take a few minutes to focus completely on deep breathing. Breath in-- Breath out. I think about nothing but breathing for about 3-5 minutes. Then I close my eyes and imagine your body is filled with warm, healing light. I visualize that light going to the places in my body where I feel these symptoms and healing them. I send the warmth of that healing light to m cold hands and feet.

Meditation alone may work for you. But if you are unable to find release through meditation and relaxation ask your doctor to prescribe anti-anxiety medication.
