Neck and shoulder pain is common with anxiety too. A lot of people with anxiety will tense up and not even be aware that they are thus leading to anxiety about the pain. Like you said viscous cycle
Thanks for the reply. I am new to post usually just read different things. I posted in the heart forum too because I wasn't sure. I truly feel like it's the neck & shoulder pain that brings on the anxiety. Vicious cycle. Thanks again
Well anxiety can do a million things to us. I've actually had arm pain from it too. I'm no doctor so I don't want to lead you to one direction or another. But it's great you had full cardio work last year. Working 52 hrs a week at desk job can for sure mess with your back/shoulders/neck which is close to the arms. I'd bet you're fine but if it continues a quick check up would ease your mind.
