Anxiety or what

I have weird annoying pain on my left side. Upper body. Like a quick stab or heaviness in my arm. Sometimes tingling.  Mostly around elbow or forearm today. Yesterday in bicep. Just had a sharp pain on neck that lasted a second. Heart rate is about 110 per min because I take vyvanse. No sweating, no nausea.. A little shortness of breath.. Symptoms are usually same time of the mid morning & everything gets worse as I think I'm having a heart attack.... But by 3 in the afternoon or so It gets better. 40 yr old female.  213 lbs 5'5 ".  Thanks for anyone response or info.  Also. Desk job for 18 years & have been working mandatory ot so about  52 hrs a week & have poor posture. So maybe nerve issues??? Vyvanse? Heart issues? (Full work up with cardio last year because I went to er & was told it was anxiety) or just plain anxiety ... But anxiety everyday?? Yuck

Neck and shoulder pain is common with anxiety too. A lot of people with anxiety will tense up and not even be aware that they are thus leading to anxiety about the pain. Like you said viscous cycle

Thanks for the reply. I am new to post usually just read different things. I posted  in the heart forum too because I wasn't sure. I truly feel like  it's the neck & shoulder pain that brings on the anxiety. Vicious cycle. Thanks again

Well anxiety can do a million things to us. I've actually had arm pain from it too.  I'm no doctor so I don't want to lead you to one direction or another. But it's great you had full cardio work last year. Working 52 hrs a week at desk job can for sure mess with your back/shoulders/neck which is close to the arms. I'd bet you're fine but if it continues a quick check up would ease your mind.
