Thank you so much for your answers, I told a Doctor about my symptoms and she prescribed me some antibiotics, I hope that all go well after I finish the dosis. I will keep in touch to let you know, thanks :D
If the condom didn't break, NO RISK! (That is the only thing that could have failed) And even if she WAS HIV+, you used a condom, therefore you had safe sex, therefore you had NO RISK.
I'm glad your diarrhea has stopped. Probably just an intestinal virus.
The red spots are still a mystery and since you are so freaked out, go see your doctor. We can't dx them from here!

I had protected sex with a women of unknown HIV status, I know what it means "protected" but still im freaking out about something had failed, im concerned about the small rash that doesnt go away... I dont have Diarreah anymore, just the small reddish dots on my dorsal hands, thanks for your answers.
I would have to agree with greenlydia. Anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms. When I'm stressed out, my stomach is all tied in knots, but why not go to your doctor to get it checked out? Why are you concerned about having HIV? Have you put yourself at risk?
First..........do you have a REAL reason to fear HIV? Did you have unprotected anal or vaginal sex? Did you share drug works with an HIV+ person? If the answer to those questions is no, then you had NO RISK. Get tested if it will ease your mind. And the reason you must wait 3 months is because only at that point will the test results be CONCLUSIVE. In the meantime, make sure you use protection during sex. Every single time with everybody! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Anxiety CAN cause diarrhea, but if you've had it for 2 weeks, you really should see a doctor. Diarrhea can cause us to become dehydrated very quickly and that is not a good thing!
I can't guess what might be causing the spots on your hands. It's not a common symptom of anxiety, but since we all manifest physical symptoms differently, they could be related. Only a doctor can tell you for sure.
What you can do to not feel this way is to see your doctor and while there, discuss getting into some therapy for the anxiety and panic attacks. If he/she gives you medication to help you with these issues, be sure to discuss them at length and ask as many questions as you can about his/her choice of medications.
The HIV Forum may have sent you to us because you did NOT have a risk for HIV and they don't deal with anxiety there.
