Anxiety, stress, had ecg and stress test...need advise

Hi all, after some life altering events a very independent female of 33 years ,I am forced to stop driving due to anxiety. Also suffer from stress and hypothyroidism .Last week in routine tests my ecg and 2d echo came out normal but stress test was positive for inducible Ischema. I am currently on medication for anxiety and hypo for 4 months and not working on my full time job for 10 months now. Before that my stress level was so high I found it difficult to hold on to any job. Now I feel better but do have anxiety attacks when asked to drive. I stay with my parents both old and recently diagnosed with heart issues. Our medicals is taken care of and we are living on savings and some earnings from renting out a property. We do not eat out often but we do worry about finances sometimes.I have landrd a new job a week ago and it gives god pay. But I fear my panic and stress will come back as it is a demanding job. Also I dont sleep well. I wish to start my own business but struggling with ideas though I have a ready office space available. I dont want to be in two boars but don5 want to neglect my health hence reaching out to you all for help.Parents are supportive in any decision I make.My heart goes out to all sufferers..may God show us the light.Amen.

Then it wasn't the right therapist.  You're blaming external events for your anxiety, which we all do, but it's the way you think that's the problem.  And only solving that problem will solve the problem.  A good one will also know relaxation techniques to teach you.  That's the place to start.  If it doesn't work, meaning you can't find a therapist who can help despite trying different things such as hypnosis, CBT, and the like, then you'll know therapy isn't going to work for you.
