Perhaps you can try a fast acting pill for your anxiety until you get into the talk therapy.  Xanax, klonopoin, etc. Not for everyday use, just for a back up if you really need it.  what medication have you tried?

No I'm not any medication never felt well on those so my doc decided next step would be therapy but I'm on the waiting list to be called in around feb but as the anxiety is getting so bad and I keep going to my doc she's rung a support worker to step in and give me help and support

I'm sorry you're going through this.  It sounds to me like you really need help now.  I would definitely reach out to someone.  Your doctor, a family member, a close friend you trust, a clergy member.....does your employer have an EAP (employee assistance program)?  Call that # - there is almost always free counseling in those programs.

A baby on the way is wonderful stuff, but very stressful for both parents.  Make sure you're getting enough rest.  Are you on medication?  If you are, I would definitely call your doctor and explain the symptoms you're experiencing.
