Anxious? Stress?

So lately I've been feeling weird! About an hour ago I felt dizzy out of nowhere, I was just sitting down and I felt dizzy for maybe a few seconds but I didn't have time to react! Haha then a few minutes after that I felt like I was going to start panicking. I was working on a slideshow video for my sister inlaws boyfriend who just passed away. I wasn't feeling anxious until I felt dizzy now I feel a bit nauseous. My vision feels so weird! I just realize my head hasn't felt weird in awhile! Could this be from stress? My aunt passed away yesterday and my sister inlaws boyfriend passed away 2 days ago and I've been keeping care of my sister inlaw since yesterday. I didn't get much sleep last night cuz I was up with her. Do I just need to relax? And get some rest?

Yeah. Maybe I'll try a hot bath. I've been busy all day and thinking a lot. I am starting to notice I get those feeling when I'm really stressed.

WOW!  You have a lot going on right now!  It does sound like anxiety but thats to be expected with all you have happening in life!  Just keep trying to relax and remember to take care of yourself while youre so busy taking care of others!!!  Try to get some sleep...maybe take a nice hot bath.... calm breathing exercises....  And keep posting to let it all out!!!

I've experienced this sort of thing many times, and still do. It can be scary, you're right. But dizziness/lightheadedness and anxiety go hand in hand, so it's almost certainly anxiety that's behind all this. If you think about it, the likelihood of something else causing your symptoms is very remote. You're 24, which speaks volumes. You're almost certainly just stressed out from everything and the lack of sleep. So my answers to your last two questions in your first post are yes and yes. :-)
