Good be anxiety for sure but I always suggest making sure that there is no medical reason for it first. So make a trip to your doctor and let him know just to be on the safe side. In the meantime stay off google! try and find things to relax, meditate, exercise, whatever you can do. Good Luck and I hope you feel better soon
Yep, same thing happens to me. It goes right to my stomach. My stomach churns and burns and then my face joins in (the burning at least). I seem to have a low-grade stomach ache all the time that intensifies in correlation to my anxiety level. I've seen the doctors, nothing medically verifiable though. Just plain old anxiety. Too bad I'm a pro at convincing myself something is really wrong...
