24/7
Does anyone out there seem to have anxiety 24/7? Most people I talk to seem to have some relief at some point of the day. I just started on 10 m. prozac. Will this help????
I have severe anxiety and have had it all my life it started getting bad when I was 17 and the last 2yrs Ive had it 24/7 and its driving me crazy,,having a short acting anxiolytic around is always good for the real bad times,,I take .25mg of klonopin though it doesnt completely help it calms me down enough to get some things done. Im always on Medhelp if you need to talk,,talking really helps especially when your really having a hard time. Hope to hear from you soon and take care of yourself.

I really need a pep talk today. It was a long and shakey day. I go back to work in a month and really don't know if I will be able to do it. Hope the meds start working by then.

give your meds time to start working. yes, i've had anxiety all day everyday, i still do sometimes. i'm sorry your going through this but hang in there, it should get better when you meds kick in. you may need an antianxiety med also. ask your dr. if keep feeling this way. take care. remar
