Well I don't know exactly where you're feeling pain but I can say that my anxiety starts with pains in my chest, before I even realize I'm feeling anxious. So it really can take many forms, but a lot of people say, (and I've experienced this too) that they will feel like they're getting very sick, or even dying, when they're having an anxiety attack. But its hard to realize its anxiety because your body can genuinely feel so sick. So I guess my answer is that yes, its very possible that anxiety can lead to pains all over. Hope that helps a little. :)

Which came first? The anxiety or the HIV scare? Is the HIV scare at the root of your anxiety? Is your REAL quesiton "can HIV lead to pains all over your body?" IF that is the case, then you need to address THAT concern first. Have you been tested for HIV? If so, and you're clear, then the answer to your question is yes, anxiety CAN cause us to feel aches and pains all over. If you are in a fairly constant state of anxiety/tension, all your muscles are going to contract and create pain.
If this is about HIV, get yourself tested! NOW!
If this is about anxiety, speak with your doctor about your options which may include a mild antianxiety med coupled with some therapy to figure out why you have the anxiety.

Anxiety can lead to alot of different feelings..but if you need some more insight, you are going to have to be more descriptive about where you feel the pain and what does it feel like.
Just trying to help.
