Cause of anxiety question..
Hello
Out of curiosity-how many posters know what started their anxiety issue? Was it a car accident, health scare, or some other major trauma? OR are the majority of panic atack sufferers totally mystified as to why they have this problem?
I just ask because my Doctor seemed ..I don't know..unwilling to accept the fact that I didn't know why I was having this problem as an answer. ( I kind of felt stupid-but I had nothing to offer as a reason! He kind of gave me a sideways look lol..)

I know exactly why I have PTSD and panic disorder. I don't care to divulge it to everyone, but yes, I know.
