wellbutrin 300mg

I have switched from prozac to wellbutrin and the first week on 150mg was not that bad with side affects other then bad headaches, pressure in my head, dry mouth for the first few days ect.
now its time for me to upper the dose and i'm a bit nervous just like i was the first time i took wellbutrin.
my question is, will i experience side affects again or will this be a smoother ride then the first time?
When i uppered my dose with others meds before i never took such a drastic increase, so i'm a bit nervous!

I think she may have started you out at 150 because this is a stimulating med. Some people start out at 75 or 100.
Can you wait until Monday and contact her to see if you can up it to a smaller dose?
I'm not sure how Prozac and Wellbutrin compare as far as dosage.

thanks everybody for your comments....i don't think i will get in touch with my doc. soon enough to get a diff. dose....i'm surprised she did start me out with 2x 150 a day instead of a lower dose,....well so i guess that equals the 40 mg of prozac that i took  before...I don't know does it????

If your concerned about such a big increase you might want to talk to your Dr about upping it 75mgs to 100mgs instead of the 150mg increase. This would probably mean buying two bottles become they come in 75, 100, 150 and 300mgs. Something to consider if your worried about doubling your dose. Take care. Remar
