Cymbalta Rash

Is it possible that my rash that I thought was from Cymbalta is actually a withdrawal symptom of it?  I have been trying to get off Cymbalta because of the rash, but it seems to be getting worse.  Maybe I have this all wrong...

A rash is not something you would see in a discontinuation syndrome (aka "withdrawal"), that would be more like an allergic reaction, or perhaps even completely unrelated to the Cymbalta.  Have you seen a dermatologist?  That would be the next logical step for you.

I sincerely hope you are tapering off the Cymbalta under the guidance of your doctor. If not, please be sure to do so, that is nothing you want to attempt yourself.

Good luck, hope you're feeling better soon!  Let us know!

You can have an allergic reaction to some of these meds. Are you saying that you're tapering but, still on Cymbalta? If you are still on it then maybe it is an allergic reaction. Does your Dr know what's going on?
