I can understand your frustration, but I HAVE given you my opinion and I am not qualified to outline ANY sort of treatment plan for you.
I stand by my opinion that you should seek out a second opinion and discuss other treatment options.
I'm sorry, but beyond that, I can't help you. I can only wish you the best in finding a doctor who understand better the issues you're dealing with.
Peace

Sounds like your doctor is just throwing the whole medicine cabinet at you.

So now you are only taking Ativan 2mg, Nexium 40mg and a multivitamin.
The Ativan will help your anxiety, but it doesn't really have an affinity for PANIC. The Nexium will help your stomach IF you have acid reflux. The multivitamin may or may not help something. Nothing you're taking will help your depression and there really is no medication for phobias.

The 2mg of Ativan should help you sleep, but it's NOT a sleep aid. You must take Ativan only as directed and for no longer than 4 months on a daily basis. If you're having a panic attack, the only thing you have is the Ativan, which, as I said before, doesn't really work for panic.

Two of the many side effects you could experience with Ativan are insomnia and stimulation. Both are contraindicated for sleep.

I think it's time for a second opinion. It seems to me you're being treated for stuff you don't have and not treated for the stuff you do!
I wish you the best
